Hi,
We are running a survey with experiments on Prolific and other crowded-sourcing platforms for one month. Since we started data collection, we have met two survey crashed during the process.
It was some time participants told us they can not access the survey webpage from the crowded-sourcing platforms. Our solution is to build another survey to resume the collection. However, we will export the data from many surveys. If this is a bug, are there anyway to avoid this crash?
By the way, our member who charged the survey and experimental scripts have the issue to download the data from the initial scripts. Are there any problem happen to the account administration?
