Hi, I am creating an VAAST with the online version. As we want to include a sensorimotor task in my experiment, I try to figure out if a joystick works with the online tool. If not, does the Linux version support a joystick device?

Hi, I have never used a joystick with PsyToolkit. I can imagine that it is technically similar to using a mouse. You can use "mouse" functions instead of keyboard functions and see if that works for you. That is what I would recommend.
