This is my first question on the forum, I am new to Psytool kit.
I'm trying to work with a version of the Stroop task that was developed by someone else. It is an emotional Stroop task designed in two parts, each consisting of 40 items. In the first part the participant must attend to the image and ignore the word, in the second part it is the other way around.
The problem is that sometimes the task stops before finishing the 40 elements of the first part, and goes directly to the second part. And when this happens in the second part it only shows one element and ends the experiment.
I have tried to separate the two parts into two different tests, but I still have the same problem, sometimes the experiment ends before the 40 elements.
I imagine it must be some code or configuration problem. The fact is that I did not create the task and I have just started working with the Psytool kit, I am learning.
Is there any way someone could help me check the problem? Or some guidance to see where to start looking.
