I've created a survey with embedded experiments. I have no issues running the survey, and the overview of datafiles page shows that it is logging responses and keeping track of the number of participants.
The issue I'm having is that it won't let me prepare or download any of the data files.
When I click "Prepare data files for download" it does nothing, and just says there are not files to download (this happens if I tick "include incomplete data files" or not). Currently, I only have data for 11 participants so it shouldn't be too large a file to create. I've been experiencing this issue for around a week - sometimes it does flash up the message where it says files are being prepared, but when I refresh the page it says there are no files to download.
I ran the same survey last year and had no issues, so I don't think there are any issues with the code (other than the last survey I ran on the old version of psytoolkit - I've compiled the survey and all embedded experiments again in the new version and it didn't flag any issues).
Has anyone else had this issue, and is there anything else I can try? I've emailed psytoolkit, but I need to get this study running next week so hoping I can get a quick response on here!
