Screen jumps to left when setting a scale type question

Hello,

I am trying to make a Persian questionnaire using "scale type" questions (it is a 4 point likert scale), but when i set the color scheme to cool blue or cool gray and set the language to Persian (or Arabic) and run the survey link, as soon as i click on one of the answers the screen jumps to the left side...but when i set the color scheme to anything other than cool blue or cool gray, it works fine.

My question is that is there any way to use cool blue or cool gray themes with Persian or Arabic language without the screen jumping?...Here is a screen recording that shows the problem.
