Making the Iowa Gambling Task (IGT) more difficult

I'm working on my Bachelors Thesis and am not very experienced with setting up experiments. Can anyone help me please with coding a more difficult Version or does anyone even has a code. I have strictly academic interests. It would really help me a lot
