Setting the 'continue' button

Hi everyone,

I'd like to do a verbal task using the auditory stimuli. Participants are asked to listen to a sound and to judge whether the context is true or not.

Here is an example of survey scripts. Because I want to make the sound file start after 250 ms, I added the statement such as o:delay 250.

I wonder if the 'continue' button is set to be fired after a particular period of time (e.g., 2000 ms). For example, can I make this button clickable only after the sound file is over? 

In addition to this matter, is it possible to proceed to the next question without the button press?
