I'm trying to find something that I didn't find in the documentation or in the forum.

I would like to compute missing answers as 0, not as NA. Basically, I need something like "if NA in ITEM1 then {score = 0}.

There is any way of doing this?

It was during the runtime. I already solved it with conditional if-else.
