My survey has been up and running for almost a year now, but an error message "PsyToolKit error (error 500)" is now showing up for participants trying to take the study, which started today. They can get through the survey portion, but this message appears before the first embedded experiment. The participants cannot continue after this message is shown. How can I fix this problem? I sent an email to the email listed on the website but was also notified that this forum is checked daily. Do I need to put anything else in my email for it to get answered?
