Hi professor Stoet, I have an IAT embedded in a survey. I excluded IE and Safari and mobile phones from my IAT. When a participant's device dose not support my experiment's requirements, the participant is not able to see the survey at all, let alone running the experiment. However, some participants of my IAT experiment report that one of the assigned keys on keyboard does not work when running my IAT. Given that those participants can see and run the experiment and one of the assigned keys works fine, I can not figure out what is the problem; if it has to do with their device setup? or my experiment setting? or what? Could you please help me with this? Thank you.

It works for some participants but not for others, that is very strange.
I do not think it has to do with their device setup, although I cannot exclude it. Can you find out what system they are using? I have never seen this problem appear before.
You can maybe email me more details, then I can try to help.

Yes, it is strange. I have the system configuration of the participants who were able to take part in IAT, but unfortunately I have deleted the txt files of incomplete data, so I do not have system setup and details of participants who could not do the IAT. But the survey is still running, so I hope there will be other participants who take part in it. Whenever I get any incomplete answer or report of this problem, I will send it to you. Many thanks for your time and attention.
