Hello,
I’ve looked around this forum to see if there’s been a similar problem to what we’re having, to no avail. If anyone has experienced something similar, it’d be great to hear!
In my experiment, we are presenting a series of very short audio files (250 ms) consecutively after one another. Sometimes, the audio of the first couple sounds overlaps completely. (For example, if we play 10 sounds, the first 2 play at the same time, then the rest play one after another, as intended.)
Sometimes this happens, sometimes it doesn’t. We’ve tried a few different things to solve this (e.g., playing all the numbers at the beginning so that they are “loaded” or there’s no buffering). It seemed to work for a day.
Any help is appreciated! Thank you!

Sorry that you have this problem.
That should not happen, that might be a software problem. I can fix that if you can please share the code with me. I will email you privately.

I am having a similar issue. I have many audio files that I want to play consecutively. However, when I run the experiment, it stops after 12 trials. Furthermore, after the 1st six trials, the wrong bitmap is displayed. I've been looking at my code for can't figure out where the problem is. Could I also send you my code to see if you can spot something I haven't found yet? Here is the relevant code in a text file PSYTOOLKIT code.txt (9.65 KB)
