Hello everyone!
I have two questions to make to the group:
1. I would like to know if there is an option to send anyway (mail, print-screen...) to the subject a tangible feedback (pdf, text....) on the results of the questionnaire that she/he has just answered?
2. When an 'info type item' is used to provide feedback to the subject, is there an easy way to stamp the local date on the screen that is showed to the subject?
Thanks

1) You cannot send people back an email (you would need to know their email). You can, however, use a trick to ask people something via email, there is a lesson about that:
2) There is no method to use a time stamp. If you can explain why that really make sense, generally speaking, and also explain how you wish to use that, I can put it on the wish list for inclusion in a future version. Feel free to email me about this via psytoolkit@gmx.com

Thanks for your replay
The two questions I sent are both related.
We’ve committed with every participant to mail them a ‘report' on the results they obtained in our survey and that's where the stamp of the date on it makes sense.
At the signed informed consent, all participants agreed to provide their mails and to receive by mail information from the main investigator.
At the end of the survey, by using the ‘info item’ of the psytoolkit it's is quite easy to give them a feedback on the screen about their results. However, we need to go further and email them a copy (report) of the information contained in that screen. To do so, we understand that first it’s necessary to be able to create/convert a 'copy of the feedback screen' in any format (text, print-screen, pdf…). Afterwards, we would need to send it by mail to them as we committed.
Any suggestion or idea will be welcome
Thanks for listening

Okay, that makes sense and what you do will encourage participants. You will, however, need to do that "manually" or automatically with your own software. You can just collect the email from the downloadable data file and send the data from that particpant to them (send it manually). Alternatively, you could give people the unique code at the end of the survey (there is an option "Give participant a unique code"). Instead of you emailing all participants, you could say that they can contact you for the data. They do not need to give a name, they can just write from whatever email they want and give the unique code in the email, and then you can reply. That way, you do not need to ask for their email in your survey, which particants will like. It is very likely that only some of your participants want the detailed results anyway. Hope that helps. Hi
Finally, I found a way to provide quick feedback to the participants to the survey, once they have answered to the questions.
It is quite simple, but it worked fine for my purpose.
The idea is to provide the option to print out the screen with the output of their results. Results that I made to appear by using the ‘info item’.
This can be done by adding this piece of code at the end of the ’info item ‘ that contains the report of the survey:
<p align="right"><a href="javascript:window.print()">Imprimir</a>
This can also be done directly by clicking Crtl-P in the keyborad, but it's not always so obvious.
I hope it will help.
