Random Assignment of Multiple Questions in one set

Is it possible to randomly assign a participant into two sets of questionnaires containing multiple questions? There are 40 questions divided by two sets which will both contain 20 questions in random order.

This is the illustration bec I'm not sure If I have explained it clearly
Set A - Q1a - Q2a
Set B - Q1b - Q2b

So far the only random assignment I found for the syntax is for randomly assigning a single item question.
