Hi,
I want to create an experiment with a task that is based on two auditory stimuli - where each is from a different set. Each stimuli shouldn't be repeated, so once it was used in any "stimuli pair" - it won't appear again.
Is there a way to implement this kind of behavior with two tables? or do I have to create all combinations in advance?
Thanks

Hi there,
it is not possible to use more than one table in a task. One option would be to preset combinations in a table (like you suggested) and using all_before_repeat and the amount of trials equal to the length of your table to show all trials while having no repeated trials.
but it could risk a prelonged loading time, if you have many variables that would have to be checked.
