Hello,

Is it possible to use readkeys for sentence/multi sentence length subject responses? Ideally the readkeys entry area would be expanded to handle multiple lines with text automatically word wrapping to the next line. Is this possible?

No that is not possible.
The experiments are really focused on experiments in which people repeatedly respond quickly, as is the case in typical cognitive psychological experiments.
What you want may be better done in a PsyToolkit survey.
