Dear All, We had a study with a sizable sample size (N = 75) recruited via Testable Minds. In the datafiles downloaded from PsyToolKit, we don’t have multiple identical unique end-codes. However, we have two particular endcodes which have been entered (by participants) four times (and the other one two times) on the Testable homepage (for them to prove they have done the experiment). One of those is a friend of the experimenter and provided a screenshot. The other 3 seem to have done the experiment partially at different times of the day, and Testable Minds says some are from the US, some from the UK (we used 'verified' participants).
Thus, it looks like as if PsyToolKit has shown some participants the same code, but internally used different codes.
In this case, this is a huge problem for us, because it was a multi-session study, and the Endcode is an important element in linking the different sessions to the same participants (their Testable Minds ID).
Anything like this happend to someone else?
Best wishes,
Andre
