Hello everybody,
part of my research I made for my bacholeor's thesis took place on Psytoolkit. The other part took place on Qualtrics. In few days I have the thesis defence and my opponent has a question regarding the problem with pairing these two parts together. In my research, I asked participants to think of an original nickname and write them down both to Qualtrics survey and to Psytoolkit survey. Unfortunately I didn't managed to pair 1/3 of them together. The process of pairing was quite hard anyway, because only part of the nicknames paired perfectly and I had to pair the rest manually by checking for typos.
My question is if there is some way how to pair these two (anonymous) surveys in some more reliable way. On the link below I find there is the way to exctract Response ID from the Qualtrics system to third party system, but I am clueless how to include it into the Psytoolkit survey.

There was quite a data loss and I am seeking advice how to prevent it in the future.
1) Is there some reliable way to pair data from Qualtrics and Psytoolkit?
2) I guess the answer will be yes to this one, but: Would it be possible to make the Qualtrics part of the research here on the Psytoolkit? The reason why I chose Qualtrics was that my research focused on measuring the fluid intelligence with a set of pictorial logical tasks. The questions were a picture and the answer choices were also a pictures. Also it was benefical for the purposes of the research that there could be a customized survey backround (another picture) and the possibility of recording the response times. I bet it could be possible in Psytoolkit, but I want to make sure. If it is possible, than "yes" as an aswer to this question is sufficient. If it is not possible (which is probably not the case), what could be the problem?
