Hello,
I want to assign 30 participants to part x of the survey, and another 30 to a different part (z). This is the code so far:
###################################### READING TASK ######################################
##INSTRUCTIONS##
l: instructions_readtask t: info q: X
##ASSIGN TO READING TASK CONDITION##
l: read_random t: set - random 1 2
l: read_goto t: jump - if $read_random == 1 then goto read_x 30 - if $read_random == 2 then goto read_z 30
##CONDITION: x##
l: read_x t: info q: blahblah
##SKIP z##
l: skipz t: jump - goto instructions_posttests
##CONDITION: z##
l: read_z t: info q: blahblah
--------------------------------------------------------------------
There were no errors after compiling, but will it work? If not, how can I get that distribution?
Thanks very much!

There are no guarantees that there will be exactly 30 in each group since they will be randomly assigned a value of 1 or 2.. But, from my experience, it truly is random, so You can expect pretty evenly matched groups. Good luck, best Matia
