No, that is not possible. But what you can do is this:

1) Create multiple surveys. For example, call them, part1, part2, and part3

2) At the end of part1, provide an "end code" or some form of identifier (you can also do it differently, see documentation for "random string").

3) At the beginning of part2, ask people to enter the end code they got in previous survey

4) At the beginning of part 3, ask for the code

This way, you can later combine the 3 surveys using a match of the code.
