Setting up the experimental study

I am a 5th-year clinical psychology student. My apologies if my question may sound redundant, but I was wondering if you could give me the contact information of someone I can contact directly to set up a psytool kit survey for my dissertation study. I checked the FAQ section, but I could not find any reliable source that can help me design my online experimental study.
