Hello!
I have three embedded experiments. There seems to be a problem with my newest survey data for the second (middle) experiment. The .data excel file contains a link to a txt.file which contains all the data, but the experiment_mean excel file stops at line 30 whilst there are more lines in the .data file. Means for the first and third experiment are calculated correctly for those participants and the older data is also fine for all experiments including this middle experiment. When I upload the individual txt.file to psytoolkit and run the analyses without changing anything, it calculates the mean correctly. I have also tried downloading the data again, but this also did not solve the problem. What am I missing?
Kind regards

After comparing carefully with old and new data, I have found another problem: I downloaded the data for a third time, and without changing anything in the analyse-window, a few participants who had a calculated mean this morning, now also had missing calculated means ? I am at an complete loss as I did not make any changes. Can this be a bug?
Also, somewhat related: In the beginning after I got live I added a save BLOCKLIST command and specified in the analyse format to exclude certain trials based on blocklist info. I understand that for the first few participants (which did not had any blocklist info) these trials can not be excluded and the reaction time is not correct. Yet the total N of the trials in those participants suggests it still excluded those trials? I checked the means by calculating them by hand and they are indeed not correct. What is excluded here? I have already collected and downloaded data since adding and changing the analysis-criteria, and the calculated means for the 'new' participants worked fine untill today.

This seems a very specific problem to your setup. The system does not have bugs in the download/analyze section, but it may be that participants were still working on the survey while you were downloading, so that you had only partial data. Please ask me via psytoolkit@gmx.com so that I can help you with this.

I agree, also because the other two experiments work fine. I actually already e-mailed you yesterday as I also suspected it to be a specific problem related to my experiments, so I'll await your reply there. Thanks in advance!
