Hello,
When any of my participants try to complete the following experiment:
www.psytoolkit.org/cgi-bin/psy2.6.1/survey?s=UGOAf
an error message shows up one questionnaire before the survey is about to end (message content attached below). I'm only piloting the study at the moment so it's not live but all the trial runs have ended with the same message. Can you please let me know how to resolve the issue? I'm using Chrome/Firefox to run the study.
PsyToolkit error (Error 500)
There is an error. It will be one of the following issues:
If you tried to register, www.psytoolkit.org/cgi-bin/psy2.6.1/ and select "register" from the menu on the left
Possibly, you tried to do a survey, and something went wrong. Please contact the person who had sent the survey to you. Or you can contact PsyToolkit, but please send the link that does not work. Send the email with the link here: psytoolkit@gmx.com
Something else happens: Please psytoolkit@gmx.com with a detailed description of what you were trying, the exact time, and your time zone (e.g., Midwestern time, or Greenwich Mean Time).
