3 Choice Likert Scale But Only One Answer

Greetings,

I am seeking help with a Likert Scale question that has three options and three choices. For example Game 1, Game 2 , and Game 3 with Feminine, Inclusive, and Masculine. However there can only be one game and categorization no duplicates allowed.

For example: Game One Inclusive, Game Two Fem., and Game three Masc.  The combinations/permutations of available answers shrink as choses are made.

I have written the following code and placed inline below for quick reference.

My question can I freeze the answer and only have the remaining unchosen answers left? is there is a better way to do this, please and thank you:
