Thank you for developing this great toolkit. I want to do some perceptual experiments using semantic differentials in psytoolkit survey. Does it work for following features? It is similar to Likert scale but semantic differentials need a label at the right side.
good 1 2 3 4 5 bad high 1 2 3 4 5 low.....
Thank you so much!

Thank you for the reply. Acctually, I had tried both methods.
The paradigm I used needs the subject to rate more than 10 items after listening one sound, so scales in experiments are inappropriate.
As for "range" item in the surveys, it does work. But it is not suitable for cell phone screen because the bar is too long and the subject must scroll the screen horizontally. Besides, range item must start with one default, and the subject may (purposely) ignore some items out of ten.
So if the scale item in surveys can allow the user to set the labels at the right of scales (the semantic differentials paradigm), it works perfectly.
Thank you again.

it can be done with two-sided-item scale (option o: 2). (arbitrary)example:
scale: difsemscale2 - {score=-3} Del tutto - {score=-2} Molto - {score=-1} Un pò - {score=0} Né l'uno né l'altro - {score=1} Un pò - {score=2} Molto - {score=3} Del tutto
l: difSem3 o: 2 t: scale difsemscale2 q: LE ALTRE PERSONE - CATTIVE | BUONE - FORTI | DEBOLI - LENTI | VELOCI - PIACEVOLI | SPIACEVOLI - PICCOLE | GRANDI - CALDE | FREDDE - BRUTTE | BELLE - LEGGERE | PESANTI - SPENTE | ACCESE - INNOCUE | DANNOSE
