Dear all, I used the SST. I am not sure how to analyze the data. I found some recomendations and R scripts here:https://github.com/fredvbrug/STOP-IT. However I am not an expert on R and I don't know how to adapt the script for the data downloaded in Psytoolkit. I sended an email to the author of ANALYZE-IT-JS: Analyze the data of STOP-IT jsPsych using app.R and he replied me this: ANALYZE-IT-JS only works for output files generated by our own JsPsych software (i.e. the data files have to be structured in a very specific way).
You can find the source code on our GitHub page, github.com/fredvbrug/STOP-IT.
You can adjust this code so that the program can also analyse the files produced by your software.
Note that in the Tscope folder of our GitHub page, you can also find an R script (if you do not want to create a Shiny app and just work directly in R).
Kind regards,
Frederick Does anyone have any idea of adapting the R script to the output of SST in Psytoolkit? Does anyone used any other method to analyse SST data¿? All help is welcomed!!! Best, Esti
